Account Manager

Eppstein, Germany

Main responsibilities and duties :

  • Good Commercial and Technical Skills
  • Ensures the implementation of Marketing and Sales Process (Strategy, response to RFQ’s, Contract Reviews)
  • Responsible for achieving required Sales margins and driving Sales within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Building Good Customer Relationships

Requirements :

Qualifications / Experience

  • 4 year college degree in commerce (or in Technical science, with additional Sales or Management training)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Industrial organization, ideally Automotive

Professional abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, responsiveness
  • Good working knowledge of relevant IT systems (Microsoft applications, SAP)
  • Excellent German and fluent in English

Technical knowledge

  • Knowledge of Sales strategies
  • Good Negotiation Skills
  • Understanding of financial disputes (working knowledge of regulations, contract terms etc.)
