Customer Service Representative

Main responsibilities and duties :

  • The Customer Service Representative reports to Logistics Manager and is the leader of the following tasks:

o    Analysis of the Customer orders;

o    Production plan creation;

o    Customer shipment management;

o    Customer interface;

o    Transport management for the related customer.

Requirements :

Qualifications et Experience

  • Minimum of 12 year (Basic school).

Professional abilities

  • Good knowledge in Customer Service tasks (Preferential)
  • Rigor, interpersonal skills, autonomy, synthetic thinking
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, additional one being considered as a plus
