We are looking for:
Assistant of the Asian Region Director of Operation
Main responsibilities and duties :
- Assists EVPO-Asia in the administrative tasks and performs various clerical tasks (correspondence, fielding calls…);
- Responsible for updating the budget follow up according to the organizations;
- Responsible for management dashboards on the assigned area of responsibility;
- Maintains and contributes in the Company overview updates;
- Responsible for the translation of documentation and correspondence;
- Arranges and coordinates meetings, conferences and other important and vital meetings;
- Attends to supervisory meetings and drafts meeting minutes;
- Supports HR Manager in various tasks as per requirement.
- Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation;
- Able to assess the relevance and urgency level of the different information received;
- Takes part in administrative studies and helps prepare reports;
Requirements :
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably engineering graduate/diploma with minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in usage of MS Office particularly in advance excel & power point presentations.
Professional abilities
- Versatility, autonomy, availability, interpersonal skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality;
- Good command of spelling and grammar, number skills (comfortable with numbers);
- Command of office automation systems and MS Office (Word, Excel…);
- Proficiency in English is required.
