The year 2000 arrived and with it the creation of a new unit. The first in Eastern Europe for AKWEL România, in Timisoara. Specialized in fluid management, mechanisms and washing systems, this new production plant reflects AKWEL’s growing ambition to accompany its customers on an international level, and to maintain a relationship of trust and a level of competitiveness essential to its development. The Timisoara site will have a turnover of 71M€ in 2022 and produces mainly for Renault Group Nissan Mitsubishi Motors Stellantis Ford Motor Company Jaguar Land Rover.
