Customer Service Representative

Main responsibilities and duties :

AKWEL Sweden AB is the liquid distribution. A Swedish technology-intensive production industry with a focus on manufacturing worldclass pipes. With automotive industry’s resource for shaped pipes and conduits in metallic materials with high technical competence in air and factories in Varberg and Ulricehamn, AKWEL has sales of SEK 630 million and employs a total of approximately 380 people, 220 people working in Varberg.   • Customer order handling
  • Customer relation and deviation management
  • Sales plan, KPIs and reports
  • Working in SAP – our ERP system
  • You report to Logistics Manager

Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 years experience in a similar logistics and customer support function

Professional abilities

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Agility within IT systems
  • Organizational skills, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, decision-making ability, analytical thinking, respect for confidentiality, sense of initiative.
  • Proven experience in Excel
  • SAP (meritorious)
